Communication WEDNESDAY is an independent platform for meetings of the telecommunication and media business-related community. Communication WEDNESDAY is a meeting place for professionals connected with the broadband and mobile communication, services, content, applications and media business in the Czech Republic and Central Europe.

Communication WEDNESDAY also includes the annual contest Creative Award to identify the best telecommunication applications. Communication WEDNESDAY will start in February 2008 as the follower of WIRELESS WEDNESDAY and BROADBAND MONDAY, run since 2002 and 2006 respectively.

Concept

Communication WEDNESDAY events are regular meetings focused on the area of telecommunication, media and technology services and applications. The meeting serves as an independent forum where network operators, application developers, content providers and aggregators, end appliances producers, consultants, and other people interested in telecommunication services can meet to exchange information and experience and to establish new cooperation relationships. Regular Communication WEDNESDAY meetings will be held 6 times a year, completed with 2 casual roundtables.

The number of participants per one meeting will be 100, completed with 5 to 8 speakers/professionals presenting their opinions during presentations and panel discussions at the Communication WEDNESDAY meetings.
